Please place all garbage and recycling in the designated bins located at the west end of the building, near the clubhouse.

You are responsible for paying Heat, Hydro, and Water. For electricity and water, we use an outside metering company called WYSE Meter Solutions. This is billed monthly. You will receive one bill with your itemized usage. For your heat, it is a flat fee of $25/month for a one bedroom and $35/month for a two bedroom.
Estimated monthly costs which fluctuate with usage.
One Person: $100/month
Two People: $130/month
